The smoothie was great. I just didn't like people to wear gloves to repair food or smoothies. they made food orders without gloves. they should wear gloves when they touch food or make smoothies.

My smoothie had the resistance of water as soon as I got it quite terrible and expensive

I ordered on their website. Had my smoothies delivered to my parking lot and left on the floor. When I went to dispute my order Doordash had me talk to tropical smoothie although I had proven it's the driver's fault. When I emailed and talked to tropical smoothie I did not get a response. So just don't use the app.

I wish I could leave less than a one star review. After waiting for my food for over thirty minutes, it was the wrong order. When I bit into the wrap I didn't want but paid for, there was a hair in it. I tried for over thirty minutes to get someone on the phone so that I could possibly even get my money and nobody answered. This place is a joke. I will not be back.

The wait here is always long but this time especially, I waited 30 minutes for my smoothie. When it takes a total of 5 or less minutes to make it. By the time I received my smoothie my wrap was cold and gross. Absolutely ridiculous.
