The Taco Bell was clean and well-kept, featuring touchscreens for ordering. The staff members were friendly, and the seating areas provided a pleasant dining atmosphere.

Taco Bell, please ensure that this location is properly staffed. This cantina is situated on one of the busiest college strips in America, yet you’ve only hired three people for peak hours? That’s just not feasible. The manager appeared to be extremely overwhelmed; at one point, I was instructed to cancel my order halfway through because she claimed she couldn't take more orders or she risked losing her job. That's unfair to both her and customers like me, who end up wasting time and still feeling hungry. If there needed to be a cutoff for orders, it should have applied only to those behind the customers who were currently placing their orders.

I'm not sure who was on duty, but the person preparing the food and calling out names quickly noticed that my meal had been taken by a group of drunk girls. This employee had my order ready again in no time. I didn't even have to say anything; they recognized that my food had been stolen and wanted to make it right. I give an A+ to the employee for their quick and calm reaction, and another A+ to Taco Bell for empowering their staff to respond in such an effective way.

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly friendly to my family when we dined here on Memorial Day. Since there are five of us, it was quite a big order, but they had our food ready in no time. Everything was correct, hot, and well-prepared. I truly appreciate their kindness and positive attitudes. Thank you all!
