Panda Express - Tuscaloosa

They were out of teriyaki chicken for months, pulled in to the drive thru at lunch time 11am to see a note that they wouldn’t be open until 1pm. Service, food are always inconsistent.

Came to get a family meal and also a plate for a friend. I paid $29 for our meal and the friends order was $9...it was the exact same portions! It came in the same to go box, so why such a price difference? Not close to being enough food to feed a family!!

The people are great, but I got food poisoning from them… twice…

Worst Panda Express there is. All of the other Panda Expresses I've been to are great but this one no. The employees are horrible and don't even do their job. I have come before and they have said they are closed when I know they are not. They just sit in there on their phone all day. The close the drive thru during Covid some days just because. The food is good but most of the time they just have half the menu available. Wish their were more panda expresses around because no one wants to come to this one.

I'm really frustrated with fast-food drive-thrus that can’t seem to handle simple tasks. It may seem like a minor issue to some, but it’s quite bothersome to me. I ordered two egg rolls but only received one. I didn't realize until I got home to check the order. Ugh!
