Glory Bound Gyro Co. - Tuscaloosa

My pizza was uncooked. I called and I was told there?s too many transactions to be able to pull mine up and that I would need to bring photo proof. This was my first time eating here so I was pretty disappointed that I spent my money on an uncooked pizza. Upon speaking with my friends, they told me they don?t order from here anymore due to the same reasons. I?ve worked in a Resturaunt and it?s not that hard to pull up a previous transaction and issue a refund. For you to expect me to come show you ?proof? and take the time out of my day to do so when you?re the one that made the mistake is bad business.

Fun place.Being in the middle of the university's campus area, it's busy and noisy. But, that adds to the fun. Lots of energy. Plenty of food choices--many types of gyros, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and pizzas. Pretty good food, pleasant and polite servers.

It was edible, that's about it. I haven't eaten here since this place was downtown as I don't go near the campus very often. I got my favorite sandwich from back then but it was nothing like it used to be. Dry and tasteless. Will not be back.

I honestly was not impressed. The food was bland and cold. Gyros aren't gyros without cucumber sauce. They didn't have it at all. The menu online is different from the menu in the restaurant. The tables, floor and bathrooms were dirty and disgusting. I wish I would have remembered to take pictures.

WOW ? Very impressed with the food, the drinks, and the service! The ?head dishwasher ; ? was informative about the menu and super friendly! My family and I will return for more Gyros ? and to try the homemade pizza ? menu.
