Wow! I absolutely love that there are new employees compared to last year! The place is clean, and I've noticed that the staff regularly clean the games after each use. Watching them handle birthday parties gives me confidence in their service. I will definitely book my daughter's party here!

We soon discovered that the family sitting next to us received our food, yet their buzzer went off while ours did not. To make matters worse, they even asked the manager why they had received a large chocolate cookie. At that point, we approached the manager to request a refund, but we were offered only $49 back. I’m confused as to why we didn't receive the full $60, especially since those two large pizzas were pricey as well. To add insult to injury, the manager had the audacity to mock us behind our backs, claiming it was our fault for not keeping our buzzer with us. I had been sitting there waiting for my food while my family went to play. If you're reading this, please hire a competent manager who can handle their staff appropriately, and who won’t talk about customers within earshot. In conclusion, I urge everyone to avoid this restaurant. It's not worth the hassle or the money lost.

This is not a terrible chuck e. cheese place, but it is not great either. I don't remember the prizes that were so crazy when I was younger, and the pizza is a ripoff! the personal pizza is very tiny, not order. I paid $12 for a personal pepperoni pizza, and I was starving afterwards. the size would only be suitable for a small child. I never have a reception either. the building itself is quite small, but it has a decent amount of play. the toilets were not super clean, but I would say they were dirty. my experience was quite eh. my child had fun, but I'm not sure we'll be back.

We celebrated the birthday of my niece. when we arrived, we ordered two big pizzas. After about an hour of the children who play, we thought we had some time to rest and eat pizza. the pizza wasn't even in many. we'll make them play a little more. after another 30-45 minutes we check the pizza, not ready yet. when they wanted to say a few minutes, it was very close to the close. the kids really enjoyed the games, but we know the next time to feed the kids before we go.

My daughter and her friends had a blast yesterday thank you to our beautiful hostess who made sure my baby and her friends were having fun and enjoyed themselves! We will most definitely come back for my fun and games !
