Burger King - Tuscaloosa

The staff member who took my order provided outstanding customer service, and the food was wonderful. I would rate the food a perfect 5/5.

In the last two nights, I attempted to dine here at 8 PM, but I was informed that they were no longer taking orders, despite being open until 1 AM. I'm not sure when they actually stop taking orders, but I wouldn't recommend trying to eat here after 8 PM.

I ordered a Junior Whopper combo and specifically requested no cheese. However, I ended up with someone else's burger that had cheese on it! I really can't stand fries and chips on my sandwiches. This happened at 11:00 AM on August 17, 2022, and there was only one person ahead of me in line, so there was no reason they couldn't have gotten my order right. They really should have paid more attention instead of leaving me with the wrong burger. To top it off, I had to try to get rid of the fries at a red light, which just made a mess.

I had stopped going before, but I decided to try again because I love coupons. I think I'm really done now. I went last week in the first night the manager pulled me for 'fresh pommes' when the ly brought my food out the pommes were exceptionally cold. I didn't come for the riders because they are in the cold, but if that's why they pulled me up they should be hot.The next night the running thru person asked me 10 min..ok no problem to keep..then he asked me to hold again, I guess he expected that I left...also he pulled me up to take my order. experience was terrible very unprofessional

Me and my husband went and ordered food they had a young girl in there being rude Because I asked for a manager they put all our stuff in one bag the bag tore they need better workers asap won't be getting anymore our money any time soon .I see why it be looking like a dessert over there
