Burger King - Tuscaloosa

I ordered breakfast and paid for my lunch, but after I paid, I was informed that the fat wasn't hot and they had to replace it. This was at 7 o'clock—why wasn't the fat ready by then, considering breakfast started hours earlier? I waited 10 minutes for my order to be checked, but the fat still wasn't hot, so I asked for a refund. It seems like the King of Burg didn't prepare properly for the day. It all starts with the manager knowing how to prioritize tasks.

Pathetic customer serviceThe lady standing at the counter was very rude. We asked for sauces she started shouting at us. Didn’t ask if we wanted a large or a small meal. Said she will call the police if we say anything else. What happened Burger King ? You guys were never like that. pathetic service not even one star for you guys

9:45 on Saturday morning July 9th 2022 went through the drive-thru had to repeat our order several times was told for a cup of ice it would be the price of a small soda we told them we did not want it the lady then told my husband he did not need to be rude with her she was just trying to repeat his order the order was not right we then told her to never mind call the store spoke with the manager the manager informed me that my husband was rude that they had him on loudspeaker which he was not rude manager informed me that it was the lady's first day one the job. what fast food restaurant puts a lady on the drive-thru by herself on her first day of employment makes no sense to me! then I asked the manager for the district manager's phone number, she informed me that she was not talking to me and she hung up on me I called back she was yelling and screaming and told me to find the phone number myself! I never once raised my voice to her while I was on the phone with her nor did my husband. Very poor customer service!

This Burger King has very rude and disrespectful staff. They don't want to work and always have a nasty attitude about everything. I don't recommend this BK at ALL!

Despite being short on time, I got through the drive-thru in under five minutes. The food was hot and delicious, and the staff was very friendly. Food rating: 5/5.
