Bojangles - Tuscaloosa

The food was decent, but my rating is based entirely on the staff working the drive-thru. They answered any questions I had in a rude and impatient manner. At one point, they completed my order and provided the total while I was still trying to place my order. It was a frustrating and infuriating experience. It's no surprise that there's often only one or two people in line, if any.

I haven't visited this Bojangles yet without waiting more than 15-20 minutes just to place my order, and I've never received the correct order. I've consistently had issues with either missing items or getting the wrong food altogether.

My boyfriend and I are big fans of Bojangles, but we feel that the staff needs to focus more on taking the correct orders and ensuring customers receive what they requested. If we ask for extra sauces, we expect to get them, even if we have to pay a little extra. It's frustrating when our requests are overlooked. For instance, if I ask for regular chicken fingers, I shouldn’t be given spicy tenders instead. Receiving the wrong order is simply not acceptable. We hope Bojangles can improve in this area because we still want to be loyal customers.

The Cajun chicken biscuit was my favorite but the biscuits and gravy were so good! Loved the hashbrowns! The coffee could be better but that's not why I went there. Service was quick even though only the drive through was open.

The new Bojangles Chicken Sandwich is beyond words. It was so good, I forgot to take a picture of the sandwich. Also, shout out to Cottondale store in Tuscaloosa because they will move you along swiftly!!! Go and get you one or two, that's up to you.
