Animal Butter - Tuscaloosa

First time in, we had the brussel sprouts and the Orzo Mac n cheese and it was fantastic. I also go the pork tacos and they were great. Even though it was two tacos they were filled up and very filling!

This was the best restaurant experience I have had in 4 years of living and eating in Tuscaloosa. Service was very friendly and timely. The owner introduced himself and was available for any questions or requests we had... food was INCREDIBLE. Highly recommend the brussel sprouts as an app. We will be back soon!

Exciting fusion options, reasonable prices, friendly folks, and it's nice to sit at the counter looking out the front window. Hot chicken bao buns were excellent.

I downloaded this app just so I could review this restaurant. Each item was very well paired and complimented, bursting with flavor. Everything was fresh, delicious and interestingly creative. At the end of the meal I was hoping for another stomach so I could keep eating. I feel like I’m not in Tuscaloosa when I’m there, in the best way possible. It’s just surprising that little ole t-town would have something this fresh and exciting and playful. Highly recommend the fried chicken sandwich. Also, the Brussels sprouts are a must. They are fried but not deep fried in a batter-the edges have an addictive crunch and that sauce.... a poem should be written about the sauce. It’s so tangy yet a little sweet and it harmonizes with the Brussels so well. It’s actually stupid how good it is. Can’t wait to go back!

Living in Tuscaloosa, one of the best places to go and get a good meal. It is peaceful and if the garage door is open, the breeze is great.
