Elements at the Gardens - TURVEY PARK

The main disappointment was the service, or lack of it. There were long waits beforeour order was taken, then between courses. There seemed to be little or no organisation about the whole operation. We won't be going back.

Visited for Mothers Day lunch. They had a set menu, which was sensible given they would be busy. What wasn't sensible was their slowness. We ordered all 3 courses at about 1230. Entrees weren't served until 1300, mains didn't come until 1410 and desserts were finally out at 1440. This is totally unacceptable, and our two young kids were at their wits end by the finish. Many other patrons were also upset at the long delays

We were at a wedding, ceremony at the Tree Chapel, then walked up to Elements. Nice courtyard area for drinks. The nibbles were absolutely yummy! There were plenty of them, and the staff were so friendly. Nice to go out and have staff that smile! The meals were beautiful - served quickly and hot. A very enjoyable place to hold a wedding reception - lovely views over the gardens and no outside noise.

Fabulous spread, beautiful ambience and gorgeous venue. So impressed with the variety of dishes with everything so fresh and spectaculary presented- a whole suckling pig was the standout! Adam and his team did an amazing job and everyone was in the festive spirit- one of the best buffets I have ever had. Couldnt recommend enough!!

Nice food, lovely outlook over the gardens. 4 o'clock wedding then straight up to the restaurant for nibbles and drinks, you don't have to go in side straight away. Sit outside and enjoy the lovely court yard.
