Mariachis Mexican - Turlock

The food here is excellent and reasonably priced. I ordered a three-item plate with rice and beans for $14. I gave it 4 stars instead of a perfect rating because the staff wasn't very attentive. While they were polite, they seemed overwhelmed with the busy lunch crowd. It took a while for us to receive our menus, and it was difficult to request refills. There were only two waitstaff on duty during lunchtime on a Sunday, which contributed to the slow service, so it's understandable. Despite this, I would definitely come back.

The waitress provided excellent service. I found the cheese enchilada to be quite salty. However, the relleno, rice, and beans were tasty, and my fiancé really enjoyed the breaded chicken dish! Their salsa was also great because it had just the right amount of heat—not too spicy at all!

The food was excellent, and the ambiance was delightful. We particularly enjoyed the shrimp molcajete and the shrimp in vinado.

We dined here with family on Cinco de Mayo, and it was an amazing experience. The food was outstanding, and the service was equally impressive. We arrived simultaneously with about four other tables, but our waitress promptly attended to everyone. She quickly served our drinks and efficiently took our orders, all while managing three tables at once. Overall, it was a fantastic experience marked by excellent service and delicious food.
