Mcdonald's - Tupelo

I haven’t been in a McDonald’s in years. I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. Very clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Coffee was delicious and hot. Order was served promptly. This was during the busy Saturday morning breakfast rush. You do have to order through the free standing kiosk or on the app so if technology is not your favorite, you could just do the drive through.

Food was great but the Customer service was AWFUL ! The women Michelle that works there was very rude . An many people around even said the exact same thing . I was chasing my toddler around the play area which was loud so I didn’t hear when they called me and she wanted to get pissy and come slam the food on the table and had an attitude because they had been calling me . My daughter and I will not be back . They need new workers .

I ordered a Big Mac meal my bun was molded, so disgusting!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!

The prices are getting higher but there is no improvement in quality. But it's still a good place to take children. It has a playgroundParking: Parking can be a little tricky when drive-thru is busy

Tameka assisted me at the speaker. She was polite and spoke very clearly so I could hear her. She was so efficient and told me to have a great day! She is wonderful! Glad she is apart of this staff at W. Main McDonald'
