Kfc - Tupelo

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff member who assisted me was not only rude but also sarcastic and loud. She mumbled her words, making it difficult for me to understand, so I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. I had placed an online order about 30 minutes before arriving, and when I got there, they asked me to pull forward and then made me wait another 10 minutes. When I returned to the window, she handed me a bag of food, but when I requested a refund, she abruptly closed the window in my face. After waiting a few minutes, I tried to ask for my money back again, but she threatened to call the police and shut the window on me once more, all while refusing to give me her name. I have never encountered such poor service in my life.

At closing time, we were able to get everything they had left for just $30, and the staff was incredibly generous! The food was delicious and fresh too. Thank you so much!

The potato bowl was fantastic! The person who prepared it definitely deserves a raise!

The staff are friendly and put in a lot of effort. However, the prices are nearly double what we expected. For our monthly outings, it just doesn't seem worth it.
