Five Guys - Tupelo

I normally love Five Guys, but today was an L. Milkshake machine not running (this was the primary reason we came here instead of other fast food joints). Realized I was given the wrong burger when we were already 5 miles down the road. We're on a long road trip trying to make it home so I decided not to fight the traffic back and use up even more time on this pit stop. Very frustrating to get the wrong burger when you pay $8.79 tax for this one item. Service was ok otherwise, burger was fine but not what I paid for.

I love Five Guys food. Specifically, my kids love to go there because of their burgers and the abundance of fries. The workers are very friendly, and the service is fast, just as people want.

The BEST Five Guys experienced EVER!! The service was exceptional! The cashier had the most amazing attitude and friendly personality!!!Food was really great and ready very quickly. We will definitely be back???

The food you get at 5 Guy's is pretty consistent from one place to another. If you don't know it's burgers and fries and hot dogs you can look that part up. I almost gave it one or two less stars because of the attitude the lady taking our order had, but maybe she was just having a bad day. Everyone else was friendly and they all did their job. We accidentally only ordered one order if fries, but that was more than enough for 4 people.

First time ever step foot in a Five Guy's. Loved everything from the first welcoming hello to the last words by staff thanking me for coming. Food was very good and plenty of it. Will definitely stop again next time thru
