The Brick On Trosper - Tumwater

At first the staff is friendly and welcomes us as soon as we went through the doors. My husband is on a mission to find the best oven pizza that this area has to offer. He said the pizza here is just fine. Not bad and not good. But my burger was the BomB and I really enjoyed it.

Amazing food! The service was outstanding, the drinks were strong, and it was friendly and efficient for families with children. The menu is a bit larger than I prefer, but I don't think the variety will be an issue for most people. I will definitely be returning to The Brick!

I visited the restaurant for dinner and asked the server for a beer recommendation. They did a great job of suggesting one that matched my preferences. I ordered the Western Bacon Burger with Steak Fries, and both the burger and its toppings were fantastic. The steak fries were also delicious. The ambiance was lovely, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I definitely plan to return on my next visit.

Nice bar atmosphere with great food an employees! First time we ended up on bar side of establishment but still had great time excellent service!
