Jack In The Box - Tumwater

I have never received a wrong order at this restaurant - the quality and taste are consistently good. However, the drive-thru service can be slow at times. It seems like they take their time to ensure the orders are correct, but it can be frustrating when they are understaffed or simply moving at a slower pace. Once you finally reach the window, they are eager to hand you your food, but it can feel rushed. I always feel like I'm in a hurry and don't want to drop my food after waiting for so long. I don't mind waiting a bit, but it would be disappointing to lose my food right after paying for it.

This particular restaurant (located on Mottman Rd. in West Tumwater) seems to have managed to avoid the recent labor shortage. It is also worth noting that the employees they have hired are professional, efficient, and very friendly. Out of all the local Jack-in-the-Box restaurants, this is the one I can always rely on to be open. I often enjoy late-night dining, and this location is perfect for that. While other establishments may only cater to delivery services, these employees are always open and ready to serve drive-up customers at any hour of the day or night, as advertised.
