Contribuiți la feedbackWe stopped here after visiting the ruins and were really impressed. We had lunch here and it was very tasty and extremely reasonable. Would recommend for the authentic Mexican experience (seriously the toilets are eye opening, coming from an European perspective).
We had breakfast at Doña Tina. The Yucateca cuisine of Doña Tina outshines the looks from the outside. It is a quiet restaurant ran by kindhearted people who prepare quite a meal. We ate the Burritas Con Pollo (M$ 90 p/u) with a cold glass of milk (M$25 p/u) and finished it with a melon and banana smoothie (M$ 35 p/u). For us it was a perfect start of the day for a low price. Muchas gracias Doña Tina!
Absolutely stunning good meal with great service, affordable as well (meal for two below 400p). Do not miss this!
I came for the cochinita pibil, it was delicious. I wanted beans with my rice and they served me even tho it wasn't included. The older gentleman was super nice and I had a refreshing pot of Jamaica, very very nice, perfect for the hot evenings. He told me about his mole and a soup he makes that's a must. Of u have the pibil, u will understand he is right. Visually its not the fancy western place. But anyone who has a sense for food, will see. That this is a real local gem where sauces and dishes are made homey and u get the real deal. Will definitely return
