Contribuiți la feedbackThe bread is so small now! When did that happen?! We went in for lunch, and you get a choice of salad or soup with your entree. The chicken prosciutto was a bit salty, and I definitely prefer the shrimp over the chicken. I’d rate that dish 3 out of 5. However, the spicy chicken Alfredo is just as delicious as ever—5 out of 5! I’m really disappointed about the size of the bread though. I get that people might waste it, but it's frustrating to have to keep asking the servers for more. Seriously, it’s like one tiny piece per person! Haha.
I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The waitstaff were exceptionally friendly, and the food was delicious. For vegetarians, there were vegan options available on the menu. It’s also a kid-friendly place, as children can draw on the tables. Additionally, the outdoor area was well-lit and accessible for wheelchairs.
Today, September 18, is my birthday, and my husband decided to order lasagna to-go. After eating half of it, I noticed it had a strange sour taste. Upon examining it more closely, I discovered that the bottom layers of noodles and whatever was in between appeared brown. I took both the untouched lasagna and my half-eaten portion back to the restaurant. Both lasagnas looked and smelled the same. The manager, Eric, was unable to offer me a refund, but he apologized and suggested I could either have a new meal or a complimentary meal at a later date. I agreed to the later meal, but honestly, why would I trust another meal after this experience? I'm extremely disappointed that my birthday meal turned out this way. Shame on you for not caring about customer service and for sending out food that could potentially make someone sick. This is simply unacceptable!
No air conditioning? STILL? We love Zio’s. We really do. Mr. Cash, the server, is excellent and does a great job every time to ensure we have a good experience. HOWEVER, it has been over 2 months now since their air conditioning has been out and in this Oklahoma heat, that is unacceptable. Not only is this uncomfortable to customers, but I can’t even imagine what it is like to work for hours in that heat. No wonder they are searching for new employees. Who would want to work in those conditions? Overall, the food is getting back to normal (pre-covid quality) which is great. There for a while it was pretty bad, as other reviewers have mentioned. The service is great. The atmosphere overall is pleasant but the heat in the place is stifling, and sadly, that makes for a bad dining experience. Please get that fixed.
Our waitress was extremely nice, I don't remember her name but she should get a raise. I didnt give 5 stars because when we were there it was super hot, like the AC was broken or something. It made us leave quicker than normal. The food was good though at reasonable prices.
