Trenchers Delicatessen - Tulsa

These guys are rude as **** every time I go in. I didn't really notice it till a friend mentioned the exact same thing. My girlfriend called to ask if they had soup, his response was the most condescending, "NO SOUP. NO SOUP. NOOOO SOUUUP", he could muster. We haven't been back since, needless to say, but I wasn't impressed with they're 10 dollar mini-wiches to begin with.

Excellent sandwiches, and some interesting combinations, and fantastic home made bread, what's not to like?  Don't be put off by the price, sandwiches are $10 but are huge, and excellent.

Not impressed. This was the third and last time we gave Trenchers a chance. Our biggest complaint is the over-emphasis on being individualistic as a company. It is inherently good to be an individual and express yourself. But when a company does it too much, it can be emphasized to a fault. Inevitably you will end up catering so much to one group of people that you end up isolating and ignoring the next. When we had just paid for a meal and were sitting trying to enjoy it and a rap song from the 90s comes on dropping the f-bomb and ni**er this and that, it's gone too far. If that's the crowd you want then that's what you will get. We aren't the only ones who noticed either - our table neighbors were wincing as well. The food was great the first two times and the third time we tried the arugula and roast beef salad and it was absolutely awful. Both my husband and I could not eat it as it had a strong fish taste. We decided to stick to The Bramble :-)

The employee taking our order today was rude and belittling towards us. The sandwiches were good but not a strong enough reason to return to the restaurant.

Always delicious especially the homemade veggie chips! They have a wide variety of choices for meat lovers and vegetarians alike. They also have a wide selection of teas.
