Stg Pizzeria-Gelateria - Tulsa

Not Gelato. Gelato is dense and creamy. This is light and fluffy. More like a mouse or Italian ice. Don't get me wrong its not terrible but when I go out of my way to find Gelato I expect a certain kind of consistency even if a flavor is a little off. Gelato vs ice cream vs Italian ice all have different amounts of oxygen and cream in them. As well as different freezing points. Too bad, I had really high hopes of making this place a regular spot.

The gelato itself was, without question, the best kind I’ve ever had. After noticing I was slightly overwhelmed with how many options there were, the staff offered free samples so I could make sure I made the right choice when I bought a cup of gelato from them. On top of that, the staff were extremely friendly and the person who truly stood out was a server named “Sam” who immediately bonded with me over having the same name. They truly cared about our experience and definitely made a memorable impression. Must-visit place for anybody stopping or living in Tulsa!

Very good place to go grab a good slice of pizza and go walk around downtown, really close to the center of the universe place a must see in Tulsa for sure as well as this place!

Porter peach gelato is magical. Sublimely light and flavorful. I dare say, better than eating a real Porter peach.
