Despite ordering our fries without salt, they still had salt on them, and the fresh fish fillet we received had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp. When I tried to complain over the phone, I was met with arguments instead of an apology. It seems like the employees here may be either lazy or poorly trained, but either way, the customer service leaves much to be desired.
This restaurant is always a reliable spot for delicious coffee and a tasty bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. It is recommended to pay with cash instead of using your debit or credit card for added security.
I occasionally enjoy grabbing a quick meal, but what I don't like is when the second window staff seems rushed and impatient before I even pay (even when it's not busy). It has happened more than once at this restaurant. I understand the pressure from management, but that kind of behavior leaves a bad impression and makes me want to snatch the food out of their hands. Overall, my experiences here have not always been terrible, but at this particular store, it has happened around 3 out of 5 times.
Attempted to order food while waiting and watching staff and management talk and play on their phones however apparently even the manager was too busy on his phone 3 ft away from me, to even take my order. Just because you have self check out doesn't mean you don't have a job to to do, which in this case is taking care of your customers with good customer service. I put 2 stars because the cooks usually do well preparing the food.
This is one of the better locations food wise but they are way understaffed. I fully get that it 's not completely their fault but they really need to work on getting more employees. 2 employees working dinner rush is not enough. Edit 7-22: they got better until about late june and it 's gotten bad again. Long lines, cold food, slow employees. To their credit they rarely screw up my order its just usually cold. Constantly going down hill employees. Rude lazy employees. Sit in the drive thru for 5 minutes at the speaker box waiting on the employee. No answer. Drive around the building and they are outside smoking. Go inside to get cold fries. Order from the electronic order board thing. No receipt. Ask employee and he just shrugs and says unna know I assume that was I don 't know. I 'm done with this awful location. I have given them months to hopefully get it together but nah. I have never called corporate on a store but I think I 'm doing it this time. There is something to be said about the consistency though. Having one bad visit is whatever it happens everywhere but the consistency of being cold food and terribly lazy employees is impressive. At least you know you 're gonna get angry going there.
