Ihop - Tulsa

This afternoon, on my drive home from church, I decided to stop by IHOP for an early dinner. We opted for breakfast and ordered the "two of everything" special: two eggs, two pancakes, two sausages, and hash browns. Our server, Michael, was incredibly sweet, polite, attentive, and had a fantastic sense of humor. I requested my hash browns to be crispy, along with ketchup and hot sauce for my eggs. To my delight, Michael brought everything out before our main order. It was perfect!

You were short staff..but our server/waiter was pretty good?? big customer service! Food: 3/5

Waited 20 mins at curbside and called multiple times with no response. Went inside and found the host/waitress in the back on her phone.. Wit our food sitting next to her getting cold. On top of all that, she ain’t give us our drinks or pancakes. The food is pretty good, but it ain’t worth having to deal wit the terrible customer service. Tighten up

Ordered online Food was not ready at scheduled time. Waited 10 minutes then I asked a server how much longer it would be they said at least 8 minutes and another came in right before yours . I asked if I could get it on fly as I needed to be at work. Server said there was nothing she could. I understand being short staffed and what not, it was the attitude of the cook and server that made me leave thus review and leave with out a refund or food. Do not order from.this location.By the way this was 630 on Saturday and the restaurant was dang near empty.

The staff was somewhat inconsistent, except for our young male server, who was attentive and provided great service. We had to wait quite a long time to be seated. The food was enjoyable, especially the Veterans Day meal, which was particularly well-prepared. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.
