The place is always super clean the cookies are delicious and the people are very nice

This location stays open pretty late which is great for me and my crazy work hours.

This store is usually very busy and seems semi understaffed but they do a good job putting out a good product and getting it out on time.

I don’t come to this one often but whenever I do the employees aren’t really as welcoming as the other ones I’ve gone to. Their wait time is ridiculous. I waited 30 minutes for TWO cookies the other day. I called the store and the employee Neveah basically told me “we can’t do anything about that. We have a line”. I said “I was here before the line even formed and I STILL got my stuff last AFTER the line had cleared”. I checked in at 7:25. I stood in the store until 7:52. Once I noticed others customers who came after me was getting their orders first I politely told an employee that I had been waiting 15 minutes at this point and he goes “your order just popped up” then proceeded to make me wait another 15 minutes. The next day I attempted to call the manager and spoke with another employee DeMari or Demetrius who would “relay the message” but still never got a call back and nothing was done to make the moment right. I wouldn’t recommend this location as a first choice. The employees are all young and just by their customer service approach, really careless. I work in customer service so it’s just sad to see how poor the industry has gotten. :
