Cobbler Mom - Tulsa

This place is a Tulsa gem! Definitely stop by for some cobbler if you are visiting Greenwood (you can get it to-go too). As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with friendly faces and the smell of delicious homemade cobbler. You can?t go wrong with any of the flavors (my group got one of each). I will be back again soon!

I had the beef tips and cabbage, great! Cabbage isn't my favorite, but this was great, not soggy and with a very good spicy flavor. The beef tips were very tender and the cornbread was yummy. Tried out 4 types of cobbler, peach, blackberry, berry, and cherry. They are all very good, the juice is not thickened, except for the cherry. The peach had cinnamon. The crusts were light and also yummy. Stop by and try it, you won't regret it

The owner and staff are wonderful people - very friendly and genuine. I ordered the peach cobbler, but found it to be overly sweet. I think reducing the amount of sugar by half would greatly improve it. However, I really enjoyed the crust and there were plenty of peaches, though the juice could be thicker. I suggest using a different container, perhaps a flat saucer, for a better presentation. Opening the container and seeing the amazing crust inside was a pleasant surprise. I wish them all the best and hope for their continued success!

We got steak tips and cabbage. Delicious! The Cherry and peach cobbler is my favorite but they?re all good!

My family and I are visiting from the Phoenix area and decided to grab some food in the Black Wall Street area. I searched for black-owned restaurants and came across Cobbler Mom, so we decided to give it a try. My sisters and I were pleasantly surprised! We ordered the vegetarian beans and cornbread, as well as the beef tips with cabbage and cornbread. We couldn't decide on a cobbler flavor, so we got both cherry and peach. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. Ms. Joyce was extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back if we ever find ourselves in Tulsa again.
