Charlie's Chicken - Tulsa

The chicken is excellent, especially for the price. We love the potato wedges and I'm a fool for the tasty broccoli rice casserole. Alas, the mac cheese has no cheese flavor and the okra is slimy. Overall a great restaurant with a few sides that need work.

OMG This chicken is the BEST!!! Cole slaw is wonderful and banana pudding to die for. I'm hooked!!!

Chunk dinners are great. Tender and tasty. Corn dodgers are the best. One of my favorite places to eat.

I got the 3 chunk dinner combo with potato wedges, mashed potatoes g gravy, roll, and large lemonade. I received 4 chunks. The chicken was all white meat and crispy, but it lacked seasoning. It needed some salt and pepper. It could have used other seasoning too (onion, garlic, etc). The wedges needed salt but they were crispy and good. The mashed potato white gravy was good, could have used more pepper in the gravy. The yeast roll was good. They should include salt, pepper, and butter for the roll or give you the option to have it included when you select your sauce. I got BBQ and honey. The BBQ sauce was 3 commercial packets not nearly enough for the amount of chicken. Overall it was good, just lacking in basic seasoning.

Chunks were not done. and all sauce no beans in my bbq beans. mac n chz was too watery and overcooked. i usually love y'all but yall dropped the ball on everything i ordered this time.
