Tacos Way - Tulare

Saw a bunch of taco trucks at the visalia mall and decided to try a quesa birria taco. Their food truck was nice, updated, and modern looking. It had a sign that read world famous quesa tacos . I tried the quesa birria taco and thought it was just alright. Nothing special or amazing about it. It was kind of soggy too.

I am a huge fan, however, I got the keto tacos and they tasted like a burnt grill top. I won't be trying this place again. But more power to ya if you wanna make that attempt.

The person taking my order seemed uninterested. I asked for 2 separate orders. Yet, I was given all my food in one plate. Then I asked for my drinks and was forced to wait an extra 20 minutes for my entire order. Needless to say the food was cold.

Tried birria tacos for the first time ever and decided to order them from here, and finished less than 20 minutes ago. Outstanding flavor. Definitely in my personal top 3 Mexican food places now. Quesadilla was massive and super cheesy. Tried a bite of my fiancée's asada burrito, and that is ALSO delicious. Paired well with a beer ? Definitely coming back to eat here. Just overall really good flavor profile on everything. I look forward to my next visit.

What is the point of online ordering for a certain time and the food isn’t ready. I get it is busy but if an order has been placed more than 30 minutes prior it should be ready for the time it was scheduled. Food looks like it has just been thrown in the box and the salsas I added were not given to me. The people working were more busy talking with friends than taking care of customers. First time here and it was a horrible experience.
