Pho 99 Noodle House - Tulare

While the restaurant itself can't be blamed, I felt quite uncomfortable due to a pair of homeless individuals fighting right outside the entrance. On a positive note, the service was excellent, and the restaurant had a clean and inviting atmosphere. Unfortunately, I have to say that the Pad Thai I ordered was probably the worst I’ve ever had. I can’t comment on the rest of the menu, but I strongly recommend steering clear of the Pad Thai here. I've heard good things about their Pho, but I haven’t tried it and don't plan to.

Their Combination Pho was incredible! I've sampled their other Pho options as well, and they're all excellent. The broth is packed with rich flavor, and the spring rolls tasted exceptionally fresh! I was really impressed and will definitely return for more!

I have been going to this restaurant for Pho for several years, and it never lets me down! After trying various other places, I always end up returning to this one. I've brought my family and friends here, and we've always had a wonderful dining experience!
