Canoes Carvery - Tulalip

I ordered nachos grande and it was awful, what I gotta basically chips and on the bottom is cheese sauce with a very few of olives and tomatoes!!

Four of us went to the Canoes Carvery located in the Tulalip Casino on a recent Saturday night. Aside from having lousy food (pizza, wrap, and Chili dog (the chili dog was the best with 3 stars; the wrap barely scored 1 star the reason this place boasts a one star review is the service (or lack of . One of the four of us has an egg allergy. When she asked if the bread or hot dog bun contained egg, the cashier said in a you are stupid voice it 's bread. Bread has egg. When we pointed out that not all bread contains egg, and we asked if they had any information on the ingredients or if they knew any item on the menu that didn 't contain egg, the young man standing next to the cashier said everything comes from other places and we don 't know (and basically we don 't care . Tulalip Casino Resort has the resources to put together a basic notebook that lists key allergy ingredients (dairy, gluten, egg, wheat, nuts and soy cover the big ones so that customers can eat in their restaurants.

Absolutely terrible management! The food was disgusting! This is the second time I've had a bad experience here. I ordered chicken and turkey wraps, as well as grinders, and they all tasted overwhelmingly salty. They were inedible! The food even gave me stomach pain and diarrhea. When I spoke to the supervisor, she gave me a dismissive look and didn’t seem interested in hearing my concerns. Her attitude clearly suggested that if I didn’t like the food, I should just leave. I also emailed the manager about this issue but received no response. I've been a loyal customer since 2010, and I feel like my $20 was completely wasted. I won’t be returning to this restaurant in the casino again!

Not great! It's slightly better than a convenience store but not as good as airplane food, if that gives you any idea. There was way too much bread, and it tasted dry. The sandwiches are pre-made rather than made to order. Overall, it wasn't worth the price at all!

I just had the pleasure of being served by Girlie, and she is undoubtedly the nicest server I've encountered in any restaurant in the entire casino. I would rate her five stars for sure! Management should seriously consider cloning her! Even if you're not in a great mood when you arrive, I guarantee that after interacting with her, you'll leave with a smile on your face that lasts for the rest of your day or night—or both! She's a five-star lady with an amazing attitude!
