Contribuiți la feedbackWe took my niece here for the first time and we ordered the half chicken, pork sinigang, lumpia, lechon kawali sisig and large rice. Everything was so tasty and the servers Rosana and Rochelle were excellent and friendly. Highly recommend the chicken of course. No place else you will find the flavor, airy crispyness of the skin and moist tender meat! I grew up having gone to the Glendale, CA location and so happy there?s one here in Washington.
Nestled inside a strip mall, the restaurant occupies a big section and the inside is huge and offers a ton of seating space for dine in. Food is tasty, ordered fish and pork sisig and their beef soup is yummy. Lots of parking.
I had a great dining experience here! Everyone and everything was on-point for my visit; from the hostess/greeter, the busser, the food, and my server (Rochelle). The restaurant was exceptionally clean, the employees were very friendly and helpful, and the food was well-portioned, served at the perfect temp, and very flavorful!! Special shout-out to the employees, who made me feel welcomed even though they knew it was my first time trying Filipino Cuisine and could sense my hesitation, lol. My server, Rochelle, went above and beyond to explain the menu items and how to eat my food selections for the ultimate flavor rush of everything. Overall, I recommend trying Max's!????????????
Just like being fed in a Filipino home! Rosanna was so kind and even recommended some favorites because I had trouble choosing from so many dishes. She remembered and said my name throughout my time there. Something this small makes all the difference for me because they care about their customers like guests rather than a customer. The portions were larger than I anticipated! What I thought would feed two adults could have fed a family of five. At least I had a lot of leftovers to enjoy the next day. If you want to find an authentic cultural activity in Seattle southside, then make sure to come here and learn about the history that originated in the 1940's. The fried chicken was so tender and juicy. I like that they don't put additional shake n' bake crumbs. They naturally fry the skin to a delicious golden crisp. The fried pork was so good. You get to peel it off the bone. The crunch was accompanied by a savory delight. It wasn't too hard or too chewy. Sometimes your jaw can have a workout, but pork was just right. All the dishes I ordered was outright delicious, along with the purple halo-halo for dessert. I will come here again to bring my kids to it. I went there for lunch for the very first time, and now I know that it's more than a quick bite to eat; it's an experience that preserves the culture of the Philippines.
Super friendly staff, very accommodating, helpful, delicious and satisfying Filipino food and very organize buffet party. I can say we had a blast last November 6th for my daughter?s baptismal celebration. Thank you Max?s Restaurant for making this day a very special one for my youngest daughter. We?ll surely back for more!!! Shout out to Rosanna, Rachelle, Shane, Joseph, Chef, cooks and other staff.
