Happy Lemon - Tukwila

Went in a few minutes before closing to order bubble for my kids and they said because they are close in a few minutes they weren't able to make the bubble waffles. If that was the case they should have a sign at the door stating that they would stop making bubble waffles in x amount of minutes before closing so people are aware and not be dissappointed.

I always love reading the recipes that Happy Lemon put up.They are clearly described, have easy recipe instructions and are very nutritious- thank you Happy Lemon!

Moved to WA from TX 2 ½ years ago and finally found a place that makes Taro Milk Tea the same way as a very specific place from back home that I always adored. I am very picky about these things. Most places seem to make it all wrong and just off. Theyll put green/black tea in w/o specifying, or itll be watered down, not enough or too much sweetness, inadequate boba forcing you to purchase extra, etc. HL makes it perfectly (I get half or no ice, regular sugar, and tapioca/black boba). Of course I ended up ordering almost every day for a week straight haha! Also, the Bubble Waffle is AMAZING. It smells and tastes almost like a mixture of fresh cake and pancakes, but lighter (no rich/overwhelming sweetness), and has this lovely, fluffy yet stretchy texture that is SO enjoyable to rip off and dip into the puff cream which is also super yummy! Sry I dont have any photos because I always end up eating everything before I have a chance haha

Everything here is amazing! Definetly a place I go for a pick me up evey now and then. My kids love the waffles from here and my husband like the tiger sugar fresh milk. I love the Oreo milk tea with cream puff and my mom love the trifle cake bubble tea!

Decidedly given me a education on what Boba Tea SHOULD taste like. The puff cream is addictive. Get 3 Oreo puff creams with your bubble waffle. Im sure this is terrible for me but SO good. The tapioca in the tea is delicious. Real black tea wakes me up while delighting me at the same time. Definitely NOT low calorie.
