Hesburger - Tukums

The staff at this restaurant were unfriendly, making us wait for 20 minutes to order and then directing us to the back of a long line. We decided to leave without placing an order. A big letdown.

As we were getting ready to place our order at the restaurant, I noticed something unusual. There were over 50 burgers already cooked and sitting on a hot plate, ready to be served. With the amount of customers I saw, it seemed like there was enough food prepared to last for about 3 hours if all the orders were filled.

Nuggets were very greasy and undercooked, had to wait for more than 30mins for everything tp get ready, fries were not salted, tortilla was dry. my order was given to customer in front for no reason at all, that explains extra waiting time. Not coming back to any hesburger, that's the last straw.

We wanted to order burgers and stood in line for 20 minutes only to have the staff tell us the line we waited in was an administrative register (they took orders there before which we saw and it was the only register only at the time we came into the restaurant) and pull up the card out of the sudden saying it’s administrative only. We left without food as the wait was too long. Would not recommend this Hesburger.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the service leaves something to be desired. It took them 30 minutes to prepare my online order for a single cheeseburger, fries, and a drink.
