Lago Rosso - Tuenno

Arrivate alle 14:00, ancora in tempo per pranzare (la cucina chiude alle 14:30, oltre quell'orario si può mangiare un panino al bar al piano terra , veniamo subito fatte accomodare all'interno. L'ambiente è delizioso e il servizio estremamente cordiale, davvero brava la cameriera nel farci sentire a nostro agio. Per prima cosa ordiniamo un tagliare (10€ di salumi (coppa, speck e salame , formaggi (caprino e 2 a pasta dura e mostarde di frutta (albicocca e mela strepitose. Con l'antipasto ci vengono offerti dei grissini, in aggiunta al pane già compreso nel coperto, anche questo davvero buono. Rifiutiamo un secondo cestino di pane solo per non esagerare. La polenta con formaggio fuso e funghi (15€ è un piatto davvero abbondante, super consigliato. La bistecca di manzo accompagnata dal contorno del giorno (patate al forno per me risulta bella morbida, però la definirei più una bistecchina, non che si possa pretendere un chilo di carne con 13.50€, ma mi ero fatta un'idea diversa del piatto.

We went to have lunch to this restaurant, firstly I asked for the wifi and told me that the available one is only for costumers that are staying at the hotel. I understand it maybe if the restaurant was full, but was not the case at all. Afterwards we asked for some salumi and cheese plate, it has 3 smail pieces of cheese of 2 types, so we had to split one of them in 3 in order to be able to taste it. For the pasta they didn't bring the grated cheese as usual everywhere, we did have to ask for it. To end up, we asked for 3 forks for the dessert and the waiter went to pick up them even complaining. The food was not expensive but nothing special.

I had lunch here last Friday. When I arrived I has ignored for a long time before I was told I would have to sit outside because I had my dog with me. This is not a problem for me, but if you are used to traveling in Italy with your dog you will know they are welcome everywhere... that is but here! I sat outside and finally my order was taken. I ordered sausages with polenta and mushrooms. What arrived was disgusting. Swimming in liquid and tasteless. I paid and left. The following day I mentioned to my hairdresser where I was staying and that I ate at Lago Rosso which is close to my hotel. She said that it is well known that the food there is bad, so I am shocked to see so many good reviews...
