Mauganeschtle - Tübingen

Perfect mix of modern and rustic. the kitchen works handmade excellent. Eating is seasonal and regional. there are clearly recognizable vegetarian and vegan options, as well as some dishes can be ordered vegetarian. our service was also very friendly, everything went fast. the price is the great location and the qualitatiw high standard reasonable and yet not expensive.

Besides many Swabian meat dishes you will find two vegan dishes in the mauganeschtle. I had the lenses filled mais bags with a cute insert. unfortunately it was lacking raffinesse, it was too dry and little spiced. but great that there are even vegan foods.

On our departure for tübingen we looked for a restaurant with vegan possibilities. by infestation we came to the menu of this restaurant. it has a really nice environment and extra excellent vegan and vegetarian dishes. we chose an salad with fried church tomatoes and champignons, which was really delicious. There were wesingmaul bags with roasted vegetables, also delicious. and potato roast with roasted vegetables, which was unfortunately something too fat.

Good food in a beautiful location. My friends were there. Very friendly, competent service. unconditionally recommended! Thank you.
