Contribuiți la feedbackWe are here yesterday. this restaurant has incredible food! the best chef in tubingen. he or she could be a Michelin starter chef. for the starter there was primitivo and sauvignon blanc through the glass both of good quality. there were starter salads... were fresh green with nuts and a delicious dressing. I had the pregnant white fish over dark risotto. the fish was fresh and the risotto excellent! it was all with greens and looked like a piece of art! my man had a paprika soup, then lamme with a potato puree. he said that the flesh was an excellent quality and that the sides went well with him. our friends had roast beef, which was also delicious! we have dessert it with a dark chocolate and a cream brûlée. both excellent! the only negatiw is the ambiente. the lights are too bright and they should really come a professional designer to update the decor. it is really nothing special there and an upgrade would really help the ambiente. we will definitely come back!
The menu contains many classic Swabian dishes, but always with an imaginative touch. the net parts we ordered were perfectly cooked and tastefully presented. the service is error-free and the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. we ate the garden on Sunday afternoon, and there was no traffic. strong recommendation.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe anlässlich eines Klassentreffens im "Hirsch" zum gemein -samen Abendessen. Die Chefin besticht mit ihrer ungezwungenen, fröhlichen Natür-lichkeit, ist stets präsent und hat wirklich alles im Griff. Liebevoller Service.Doch nun zur Küchenleistung : wirklich alles verträgt das Prädikat: "Ausgezeichnet".Sei es die Sektschaumsuppe mit Flußkrebsen, karamelisierter Ziegenkäse,Ochsen -backe oder zum Abschluss Himbeer- Panna Cotta.... Hmmmmm.........Dieser Küchenchef verdient höchstes Lob - denn er kocht mit seiner Crew Augen -und Geschmackskompositionen auf höchstem Niveau, die nachhaltige Gaumen -freuden vermitteln.
Traditionnel (ich verstehe nicht die Schwabische mediteraneen Küche...) und leckere Küche ! Grosse Portionen, gute Preisen.
