Whataburger - Tucson

I ordered a sandwich and the lady charged me for a meal, I didn't realize until I picked up my food that I had a combo. I asked them to refund my order in which the manager did. I did not take the food because I just got a text saying I overdraft my account. Even though she offered to give me the meal for free I was so disappointed that I paid thirty five dollars for a combo I just left. This location is a mess during lunchtime.

I went about maybe a couple of weeks ago and ordered a Patty melt, and I asked for extra onions and a plastic fork. Because I wanted to cut my pattymelt, and I asked for slices of jalapeños. I didn't get that.They forgot the plastic fork, and they didn't give me my slices of jalapeños and I didn't want to go back because I was already heading home.And I don't live that close!

Location ran by a bunch of sloths. Go elsewhere. Terrible service and staff.

These people can't read or they're just plain ignorant. I ask for unsweet tea and they give me sweet tea even though the receipt clearly says unsweet. Then I ask for creamy pepper sauce and they charge me for it but they don't put it in the bag. I wouldn't care if this was a 1 time mistake but they do it regularly. Pretty pathetic.
