Contribuiți la feedbackWent today to get a salad. They gave me the bag and when I opened it ANTS were everywhere!!! We quickly drove back and got got a refund, but the saddest part is when we went in there, the conditions of the restaurant were messy and just overall gross. They didnt even notice the ants when putting the dressing and croutons in the bag. Huge difference from when we were there a month ago to sit down and eat. I love Wendy's and I am sad that I had this experience and won't be comfortable going back.
I have been intending to try the croissant and biscuits here for some time, finally made it this morning... I've got to say, one of the worst breakfast experiences I've had. The biscuit seems to be microwaved from frozen, spongey, not flaky how a biscuit should be. Did not get to try the croissant because of how disgusting it looks, I can't tell if it's a bunch of butter or a certain type of cheese they're using, but I'm not going to take that chance and find out. Now I can understand why they're 2 for $3. Save yourself the hassle and go to Burger King for breakfast, or wait until lunch hours.
We got the #9 and the #12. The burger was room temperature, no exaggeration, was cold in my mouth. Had the texture of cardboard and a similar flavor. I know Wendy's typically uses seasoning, I worked there for quite a long time. The chicken filet was clearly as old as the burger. Our entire meal was beyond an acceptable hold time for any menu item. The fries were just hardly warm to the touch. What a waste of money, Jack in the Box does a much better job for less cost.
Everything was okay, generally fast food quality, but the strawberries were growing mold! Insane! No quality control checks here, apparently. Makes me not want to eat anything else from here.
Every time I go to this Wendy's there's a problem. When I went this time the credit card machines didn't work and they were only accepting cash. It really wouldn't have bothered me except they didn't have any common courtesy or professionalism to put a sign out or stand out there and let people know as they came through the drive-thru. So I waited in line for 15 minutes for nothing because I was trapped. Then the car in front of me has to wait for their food and at that time Wendy's did not have them pull around so I could just leave instead they let them hold up the drive-thru and laughed at me. I will be filing a corporate complaint and selling all my stocks in this company. And whoever is running this place should hire more professional and less bitter people.
