Viva Burrito - Tucson

We discovered hair in our super nachos, and when we attempted to call, there was no answer or voicemail system.

The food was fantastic, but unfortunately, I received the wrong order and the person taking my order appeared quite unhappy.

The drive-thru service at this restaurant was terrible. I visited this morning on 7/26/2024, ordered a breakfast burrito, and when I arrived at the window, the employee never made eye contact with me, didn't ask for my payment, and made me wait for 10 minutes without even offering me my drink. It was very rude. I don't even know if the burrito was good because I had to leave for work and had to stop there on my way. That's my experience, and it's all true.

Make sure you ask for salt or seasoning on your food. These cooks don’t use not one grain of salt or seasoning on the food. Disappointed

Quality of foods went downhill. Carne asada fries very few fries and it's a mess
