Me? ve went here a ton for work. one evening I bring the fam to try out the place I talk about. we get pouring service and burned and wounded food. I was ready to go, embarrassing. the general manager came out and asked what was going on after I mentioned to the server that my sons eating were burned. I let him know, but asked me to get my bill so we could go, we had waited quite a long time as it was. the server came out briefly to apologize and told us that nothing was due. for someone who never goes out because it is too expensive as it is and bad eating and getting service is discouraging. but for someone to realize that they did something wrong and the accountability is huge. this happened a few weeks ago, but my life was too busy to see a facility that really wants to see their customers return. I applauded this and even though I told the owner before he left the table I would not return. they have changed my mind, sir, whoever they are. I look forward to a good time as she has always been.

Food was decent, but my waitress is why I am giving 5 stars. Unfortunately I don 't remember her name, she is petite and wore a bandana on her head. I didn 't know what I wanted to drink so she offered to surprise me ... she could tell I didn 't like the surprise drink, so she didn 't charge me for it and brought me a different drink which I really enjoyed and appreciated immensely.

We Wisconsin types love a good Friday night fish fry. And Trident II delivered. Sweet, tender cod with a crispy coating accompanied by tartar sauce that nobody needed, and a beautiful coleslaw that was absolutely decadent. This rivals some of the best fish fries I've had in Wisconsin, and I've been around a lot of fish fries in my life! I will be back here again and again because it is so damn good.

Last night was my first time visiting (Friday at 6:30 pm). We were able to walk in and be seated fairly quickly even though the restaurant was packed. I got fried pickles as an appetizer and my friend got pretzels. They were absolutely delicious! For our meals I got the California BLT, which was tasty but there was so much lettuce it was hard for me to eat. I couldn't get my mouth over the entire sandwich lol my boyfriend got fish tacos that looked yummy, but he said the slaw on top tasted like store bought. He loved the chips and salsa. My friend got the grilled chicken pesto sandwich which she enjoyed, and her boyfriend got a steak with the most delicious looking potatoes. Overall, it was a great experience. A little pricey and there aren't many beer options. I don't usually drink liquor but the monsoon margarita wasn't bad. I want to go back because the menu is large and so many different things sounded good. Also the fries are phenomenal! I can't quite describe the taste, but I loved them. Overall, I will be going back to try different items!

Stopped in before my flight out. Great atmosphere and delicious food. Never had green chile Mac and cheese. Worth it! Recommend the tacos. Great service! Will go again when I'm in town.
