Tacos El Tinaco - Tucson

The birria taco was so good! The caramelos are huge and they also have many options on the salsa bar that was a big plus for me.

With so many alternatives in the old pueblo for street mexican food I find myself going back, back, further back and back again to Tacos el Tinaco! This truck is small but packs big flavor that will punch your taste buds into mexican heaven! I really love their chicken burro which also comes with rice and beans. I top it with some chunky salsa. The salsa is spicy but not overly done and chunky to fit my type of funky! Another stupendous asset this place has is affordability! You can get positively scrummy food on a dime and be your happy fat self all day!!

You must try the tacos asada; they are really delicious! If you haven't eaten there yet, you definitely should!

Incredible dining experience! The food is top-notch and very affordable (just pumpkin). The grilled vegetables are delicious. As a service repairman, my lunch typically consists of a couple of carne asada tacos on corn tortillas, perfectly topped with a variety of fresh toppings. I enjoyed it with a bottle of Mexican Coke. You really can’t go wrong at this place! Just a heads up, they’re closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. If you go, tell them Slippery Pete sent you!

They are once again creating new dishes at Tacos Los Compas. The tacos are delicious, especially the tripas!
