Sullivan's Steakhouse Tucson

Great fillet mignon and an extensive wine list. Our disappointment was that the soup came with the soup slopped onto the saucer and came much too quickly. The service was excellent in terms of the waiter taking care of us. This would be a four-star place for a special occasion or a business meeting.

Long wait times, an hour wait after ordering food, very unapologetic server, both manager and server used the excuse of short staffing which I found inappropriate to tell customers. We ended up not eating our meal because after an hour wait, our food wasn’t prepared correctly. The manager was apologetic and tried to make it right. We dine here a few times a year and have never had an experience like this. Hopefully it was a one off and we’ll give it another chance because the food and service are normally excellent.

They ran out of all the food. They ran out of more things on the menu than they had available. Manager was incompetent, service did their best but were hamstrung by a horrible system. Oh and fruit flies! They have a ton of fruit flies. Honestly go elsewhere.

My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and decided to go to Sullivan's for dinner. We do not go there often because it is very expensive but this was a special occasion. We arrived at a little early for a reservation and we were told to wait in the bar because we could not be seated until That was not very welcoming but that was the least of the bad experience. We were seated at and ordered our dinner. The salad arrives at and then the entre arrived at I politely asked our served several times where our food was. He did not have an answer but did say he was sorry several times. I spoke to the head waiter and the manager when we left expressing our disappointment and was told they were having a shortage of help in the kitchen. This is the second time we have been disappointed with the service at Sullivan's-The food when it finally arrived was good The manager did buy two of our drinks -We will not be going back to Sullivan's -Longhorns is better at the price

On a Wednesday night, they were less than half full and that made it a quiet meal. I usually order the Sure thing a wedge salad, filet mignon and mashed potatoes. Also available on that promo are a NY strip and also Salmon with asparagus. Choice of three desserts. At about per person( plus the cost of cocktails), it's a good meal at an ok cost. To order these things ala carte gets to be much pricier.
