Subway - Tucson

I called to request an extra side of sauce and the staff member preparing my order was incredibly pleasant and provided excellent customer service.

This is the worst restaurant. They never get orders right and don't seem to care if they send out the wrong sandwich without checking first. This has happened multiple times and they always mess things up.

The order was completely incorrect and the bread was burned.

Usually they just throw the ingredients in the bowl but this time they took the time to chop up the cheese, bacon, and even the cucumbers, 10/10 they also included 2 cookies :

I can’t believe this place was memorable enough to comment on. I used to work at Subway when I was in school. I noticed the pepperjack cheese isn’t the same it was 10 years ago. It used to be real cheese, now it’s American cheese with pepper flakes. I noticed the difference and asked to change to provolone. The man making my sandwich got visibly angry and started muttering under is breath “these people are really pi*sing me off today”. I didn’t say anything, I let it go. He seemed to collect himself. Then I asked for vinegar. He got out oil vinegar, so I let him know “just vinegar” he looked at me like I was a real jerk to him. I explained I just don’t want the extra calories, and then I got embarrassed. Why should I have to explain to someone why I want my sandwich made a particular way. If someone hates making sandwiches that much they shouldn’t work there. The cashier was apologetic, and friendly. He’s why I didn’t give 1 star, food was more or less what I was expecting.
