Contribuiți la feedbackI feel really bad for them because the construction has made it difficult to come here. The staff did best there to stay positive. The food came out. I just wish it wasn't a pain to walk in.
This is the closest place to get a rootbeer boat to my house (3 miles), but I will be empty handed more often than not sent; close at 7:00 on Friday night, the system is down or the ice cream machine is down. How do they stay in business? I'm not going there anymore.
We waited for 25 minutes in the car drive-thru to receive our food, with two cars still behind us for an extended period of time. One person even left their vehicle and walked from a nearby stable to join the line and place an order.
I came to this restaurant for the first time since it opened, and only one car was in the parking lot. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window, I was told to wait for a minute, which was fine initially. However, after 10 minutes passed, I asked if I could place my order. The cashier seemed upset and told me to wait a moment, but then made me wait another 5 minutes. I decided to drive away. When I went to pay at the window, I waited 15 minutes for my order, which consisted of only 2 meals. When I got home, I found that the food was absolutely terrible. The fries were overcooked and stale, my husband's burger was inedible, and I only received one jalapeño popper instead of the 8 that were supposed to be in the order. The cashier was incredibly rude and unhelpful. It was a disappointing experience overall.
Mellisa decided to walk away with my sons debit card and disappear on top of giving me a attitude about asking why we waited so long and why the stalls was not working. When asked why she walked away with the card she laughed and handed it back and said bye. Shut the window and left. This is the second occasion I had to visit this pitiful store I feel sorry for the owners of this store cause they could have good business if they had decent employees! This gets a a rating of zero stars if I could. We were hungry too not to mention it was 109 out and we was not the only ones waiting a long time. Tell your employees not to walk away with peoples debit cards it looks like they are stealing the info off the card.
