Sachiko Sushi - Tucson

The servers are incredibly kind and polite. The atmosphere is quiet and calming. I can't comment extensively on the sushi since I only tried the California Roll that came with the Tonkatsu Seafood Ramen. From my one roll and what I observed from others, the rolls are quite large, but they don't seem to be very well assembled. However, the ramen was flavorful and satisfying, and the noodles were exceptional.

I called on April 10, 2024, to inquire about a combo from their menu that features teriyaki chicken, rolls, and crab puffs. The woman on the phone informed me that they don't offer that. I pointed out that it was listed on their website, but she insisted they didn't have anything like it and then abruptly hung up on me. I've enjoyed their food in the past, but I found that experience disappointing. I really hope they can clarify their menu and address any miscommunication, rather than dismissing customers without reason. I was genuinely excited to eat there again.

What a discovery! The avocado sushi was delicious, and the thin noodle vegetable stir-fry was incredible!

Ordered Ramen $15 bucks , it was instant ramen with 2 thin slices of pork. The broth would could 100 pct tell its boiling hot water with the spices from instant noodle. I told them it's not good. Both waiter and owner did not say anything nor offered me to get something else. Bad customer service. Also the sushi ... it's not sushi. Not quality food.

Soooooooooo goood! Always so accommodating and attentive. Sushi is so yummy and fresh. Every time I come in it's busy and it's worth the wait to eat the delicious sushi the chefs make!
