Mcdonald's - Tucson

Sat in the restaurant and approach the counter who noticed the kiosk to order on the side, were quite dirty we went to the counter to order there. when we walked in a dame, another guest had been helped at the switch before. when we came to the counter, the man said he could not proceed with commanding the counter and the only option in the inner is the kiosk. We went to the dirty kiosks that had no cleaning equipment near. how many customers have touched this since the last cleaning? covid is something else?! So why would someone want to touch the screen that might have been touched by hundreds of people with the potential of being sick? we tried to go through without water, but every time we add new things to the order that it was out of the way and ask us if we were still there, it was constantly about to apply promos, but then we hit the promo button, it would say no promo found. at this point we gave on sale and just left the restaurant to go to a place with a good customer service experience. the only way I would ever eat again in this restaurant is through the way.

Eating was fresh and fast. but the service was a little slow. we asked for ranch and ketchup twice and never got that I had to get on the front to get it. but very good.

This mcdonald’s location is my number one to go space for coffee. I've been coming to this place for about a year, the weather is ice cream or warm it never disappointed. especially with the app offers you can get any size coffee, for 99 and they can customize it. love it!

We stopped at the mcdonald’s drive thru on our mommy daughter day who carried out the discharges. our experience was very pleasant! all the workers who helped us were so happy! from the first trip thru-Lane, into which we entered (there are two) we knew our order and came through quickly. there are two windows and the process to make more efficient. our order was complete, nothing is missing or cold in contrast to other locations! a great feature was a simple addition to a mülldose at the end of the drive thru output! it was incredibly comfortable. we were able to discard empty juice boxes to make space for our icey drinks. we decided to eat in the car, but we covid at any rate once again when on this side of the city in the future.

I went to eat there ahead of a shopping spree, and found a clean, friendly atmosphere with a welcoming staff. The food was very good and served quickly with a smile. Will definitely be going back soon.
