I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant today. I ordered a cheesesteak sandwich and it was the best I've had in a long time! Autumn assisted me in placing my order promptly, was very helpful, and ensured that we had a comfortable dining experience. The service overall was excellent!

I walked into the restaurant looking for a good sandwich, but I ended up having a transformative experience. Despite being overweight, I was greeted with kindness, which is not something I often experience. As I ordered my sandwich, the staff joyfully filled my request quickly and gently. My mind was no longer in Jersey Mike's on Grant Road - it was in a world of its own. I felt like a queen watching my loyal subjects create a perfect combination of meat and bread, pure harmony. After paying for my meal, I left feeling a new sense of energy and excitement. As I departed, a voice behind the counter wished me a wonderful day, bringing tears to my eyes and joy to my heart. All I could do was tip my hat and say thank you. If you're looking for a great sandwich, Jersey Mike's on Grant Road is the place to go. Good day, sir.

I ordered a turkey sandwich, but it was disappointing. There was very little meat on thin slices that didn't even cover the bread. There was no cheese, and the only condiment was a thin layer of mayo that wasn't enough to add any flavor. It was tasteless and not worth the $17.00 spent.

No denying the sandwiches are good! However, the service was horrible from the moment we walked in. Girl on the slicer had a mad look on her face and was rude when asking us what we wanted. Girl on the veggies also had no personality whatsoever and seemedvery annoyed when we asked for toppings. Overall not an inviting staff. Customer service is everything. We need better.

Amazing prices and employees. Every time I go in there I see friendly and smiling faces!! I just LOVE this store!!! The store manager Anna is my favorite employee to see. She's definitely the best investment Jersey Mikes has made!!!!! ????
