Jersey Mike's Subs - Tucson

The food is good, but it's not worth ordering online before you go. Your sub won't be ready when you arrive, and they will be helping people in line before you. It defeats the purpose of ordering online to save time.

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but my most recent visit was terrible. I arrived about 30 minutes before they closed, and my food was served cold. I ordered two cheese steaks for $30, and for that price, I expected a hot sandwich. Unfortunately, both sandwiches were cold and mostly filled with bread and peppers, with very little meat. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the meal.

What a wonderful experience! The customer service was fantastic and the food was prepared quickly and was delicious. The sandwich was especially tasty. Overall, couldn't have been more satisfied!

I used to go here everyday and buy a sandwich but your staff was so miserable and sad they would get irritated when I came in to buy something. I've stopped going here months ago now because the staff was so ashamed of their lives. Apparently they don'tknow there's nothing to be ashamed of doing a food service job. What's a shame is not showing resilience in the face ofadversity and being miserable at work while facing the public. Your staff literally drive your customers and profits out thedoor. Good luck getting some decent staff. I know it's an uphill battle.

Delicious!! Great staff and clean restaurant. We got the chipotle chicken and the chipotle cheese steak. Both very yummo! Coming back for sure ????
