Culver's - Tucson

Tonight we ordered online for curb side pickup. When we notified them we had arrived we proceeded to wait 20 minutes for the food. Only had a burger with onion rings and two sundaes. When I went inside they were bagging up my food and proceeded to state that a rush had just started. The whole time I was there I only saw 3 vehicles in the drive thru come in at a time and nobody was dining in it seemed. Normally I would not write a review and hope for better service in the future. But this has become a regular thing, no matter the time of day, if I order online, inside, or at the drive thru. On top of that, every time I order a sundae they give it to me all melty. I took this picture at home but I only live a few minutes away (this doesn?t happen when I go to DQ which is further away). This tells me they probably make the ice cream while someone in the back is cooking orders and the ice cream sits until my order is ready to go out. I really enjoy the food but it is still fast food and should not have to consistently wait a prolonged period of time for it, especially when I receive it in sub-par condition in the form of melty ice cream. I will say the workers are friendly and have never been rude, they are either understaffed or just not efficient. Having said that I suspect poor management is the cause as it does seem like the workers are trying to roll orders out quickly.

Happened to stop in as I have never eaten at a Culver?s. I have to say, best burgers in town. Wide selection that you can customize to your taste, good fries and the best onion rings I have had in a long time. I will definitely keep coming back as my Saturday lunch time treat.

We had a small family gathering for a birthday. We all had combos/baskets. We brought in a cake and the employees were happy to help. Very friendly and warm service. The butter burgers were great as was the chicken and pork tenderloin. The only one was the fish sandwich was greasy and could of had more sauce. But overall very good

I placed an online order for two large sides, judge the picture by itself? theres no way the coleslaw is a LARGE!! Second time I come here and they give me the order all wrong! Omg and I just looked at the mashed potato and is all goey!!

Good value for the cost. The quality of food is excellent and plentiful. Great cross section of offering from large shrimps to delicious burgers. Great special drink selection also. A little on the costly side but worth every penny you spend!!!
