Chipotle Mexican Grill - Tucson

The eating was tasteless I ate it because I was hungry and the staff is meant to not even give small amounts of medium quantities, all that food is thrown in the garbage at the end of the day, and they do more that than give a good size proportion to all customers or customers

Edit: the latest order was not better. no serviettes, no cutlery, and they didn't even halve my queen! this restaurant really lacks delivery order correctly. I order from here weekly. I'm sure they recognize my name. but I spent only 15 minutes from my 30-minute lunch break with the car to the restaurant to get the rest of my order. this has happened several times, and there is no recourse when they screw up. they cannot contact them at all. the phone number simply holds it in an automated system that it will not enter the restaurant.

Everything seems fine. The only thing I will say is that if you’re planning on having any item with steak you better get there before 9pm it looks like by that time they will run out and not grill anymore. even though they close at 10pm Don’t understand why not grill more of it. since it looks like the most popular protein in your menu. Just saying I been there a few times now and it’s always the same thing.

Best Chipotle in town BY FAR! The staff is always helpful and so kind while still be efficient and quick. Robert was great!!!

I strongly advise against visiting this Chipotle if you're looking for friendly service—what I received was rude and unprofessional. The employee taking my order, who had purple hair and multiple piercings, seemed more interested in laughing than helping me. I had to repeat my order three times, which was incredibly frustrating. While I understand that my voice might not be the easiest to hear, her laughter felt disrespectful. She clearly needs to understand how to maintain professionalism, regardless of what she finds amusing. If she couldn't handle the situation, she should have asked a manager for assistance instead of ruining my lunch break. Because of this experience, I will no longer return and will be sharing my thoughts with friends and family as well as posting this review.
