Buffalo Wild Wings - Tucson

On Saturday, 10/22/22, we ordered 50 wings for an extra bet. Unfortunately, they were overcooked and lacked the extra sauce we requested. We ordered medium and ingwer zing flavors, but aside from being overcooked, they lacked taste and were not sauced enough. It was disappointing considering they are known for their wings. Wingstop definitely has better wings, and I haven't even tried them before. Overall, the experience at this buffalo wings restaurant was just disappointing.

Awful service, walked in, sat down for about 5 minutes and walked right out. I'll leave the main reason why we decided to leave. Made a better devision and went to Texas Road house for real meat.

The boneless wings seem to be getting smaller... Is it just me? I will say our server was excellent. And the contact us part of the app sucks. I can't fill in all of the fields using your phone and then can't submit because a field I cannot see is empty. Frustrating waste of time. lowering review to 3 stars from 4.

5 of us for dinner. 2 people got their food, 10+ minutes before others. Then only 2 and one of the orders was wrong. Server seems to not really like her job. Men’s bathroom was trashed.Won’t be back to this location, you shouldn’t either.

First off, we had a huge table so I added an extra star because I understand how much work it can be to serve so many people. However, most of us received the wrong food, mixed up food, or errors in some way. We also only received a refill on our drinks once if at all, when all most of us were drinking was water. I personally ordered the chicken wrap which was garbage. It was soggy with sauce and it had iceberg lettuce which I could overlook, but it was also wilted. Being drenched in the sauce made it almost unbearable. The fries were cold and old tasting. The mozzarella sticks were cold as well. The wings were fine. So I guess maybe just stick to the wings off this menu and you'll be fine.
