Bruegger's Bagels - Tucson

Awesome staff!! Super fast service! I ordered 3 dozen and was out the door in less than 5 minutes. They have some really good bundles put together for larger groups. Reasonably priced.

After the downtown location shut down, I started visiting the Speedway and Campbell location. However, I've had a consistently negative experience with a bald-headed Caucasian male who works mornings there. He has been quite rude, and it seems like making my bagels the way I like them is a chore for him. His lack of interpersonal skills really stands out. After today, I've decided that I won’t interact with him anymore; from now on, I’ll be requesting that he doesn’t handle my food. That being said, the bagels and sandwiches are fantastic, and Bruegger's overall is an amazing place! Most of the staff are friendly and eager to help, which makes up for the negative experience with one individual. Bruegger's is truly a gem!

I felt completely ripped off! I ordered an everything bagel with extra cream cheese and salmon from the à la carte menu, but when I went to pay, the cashier charged me as if I’d ordered a specialty sandwich. First of all, there’s nothing on the menu that suggests my order would automatically be upgraded to a sandwich. Secondly, there were no tomatoes, onions, or capers included, which I wouldn't have gotten anyway since I didn’t order a breakfast sandwich! I wouldn't recommend going here unless you enjoy being overcharged.

I ordered three bagel sandwiches to go over the phone. When I arrived, there was a small mix-up, but it was resolved quickly and without any hassle. The restaurant was clean, and there was ample parking available. This place is also quite convenient for those visiting the nearby hospital who aren't fond of hospital food. There are entrances at both the front and back, so if you park in the larger lot at the back, you don't have to walk around the entire strip mall to get inside. Very convenient!
